General Terms and Conditions
Below you will find the "General Terms and Conditions" of ConSecur GmbH as a PDF. Unless otherwise agreed, these apply in addition to all service and supply contracts between ConSecur GmbH and its customers.
The General Terms and Conditions recommended by BITKOM for the ITC industry shall apply. The GTC are modular in structure and consist of a basic module and specific service modules.
Accordingly, the basic module and the service module corresponding to the service or delivery apply in addition to individual service and delivery contracts with ConSecur GmbH.
