(IT) knowledge that is needed - why ConSecur Academy?
ConSecur Academy imparts the knowledge needed to work successfully as an IT security analyst in training and further education programmes. How did this come about?
As a consultancy and service company for information security, we are inherently interested in developing our own specialists and working with them on a long-term basis. We have set up (organised) their further and advanced training in-house without thinking about setting up an academy.
The core of our further and advanced training has always been the preparation for safe, independent use in practice, analysing safety incidents and documenting them safely.
At ConSecur, we call this "being able to do it yourself".
Can we adapt this concept as a training provider? We only had to think about it for a few moments when the first enquiry came in.
